Construction is an integral part of development. Civil construction plays a key role in the Infra-structure developments and thereby making vast changes in all sectors of the society. We, MAXOMBERG Builders, emerged as a new enterprise in the year 2010 to unveil our expertise in construction industry and to introduce wide variety of classic, traditional, contemporary mansions and multi-storey buildings. Later on, our label has changed into MAXOMBERG DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. to widen the business activities and other packages.
As life cycle goes on, generation to generation, day by day, construction process increases and mostly all individuals (lower class, middle class & higher class people) are involved in some kind of construction. Many are making houses, commercial buildings, apartments, show rooms, shopping malls, hotels, community halls, etc… and so on. Construction part touches everyone’s life atleast once to a number of times.

It’s a very interesting field if a person is very fond of drawings, sketches, portraits and sculptures. The Artistic mind tempted me to learn the civil discipline and its theoretical part. After my studies, it become a turning point in life as I started my career as a Draughtsman and years after, become a Business man.
With the vast experience in construction activities both at our native place (KERALA) and Gulf region (U.A.E), we welcome any kind of civil, structural & architectural projects and assignments. Moreover, we are having a great team here in our Design dept., Administration Dept., Contracts Dept., Procurement Dept. and Accounts Dept.; who are always vigilant to accelerate the smooth functioning of OFF-SITE and ON-SITE activities.
I support the Execution team for technical advice, method of operations, quality standards and finally, commissioning and hand over. The understanding and mutual support between the Departments and the Inter-disciplinary actions of workforce are highly remarkable and it help us to have successful projects and other achievements. I am happy and feel lucky to have such a team in our company.

As the name – MAXOMBERG DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. – indicates, a number of divisions and inter-disciplinary coordinations are involved in our projects and other assignments. we have formed a systematic structure to implement disciplinary rules and regulations throughout the operations. It helps us to have a liberty on resource allocation, safety inputs, quality checkups and project co-ordinations.
On the other part, we ensure the Client involvement to know the requirements and recommendations while framing the Design drawings and related Construction drawings. We always participate the Client or Client representative at every stages of work and gives the progress report at the end of stage-wise operations or assignments. Thus, we are always keen on delivering outstanding results which exceeds the Client expectations.
Finally, I would say, the combined efforts of talents and true dedication helps to generate impressive designs and the brilliant work executions on-site; are the formulae behind the success stories of MAXOMBERG DEVELOPERS PVT.
